I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the exceptional teams at Economic Development Lethbridge, Tourism Lethbridge, and Lethbridge & District Exhibition for hosting an extraordinary VIP Reception & Networking event for the “Brighter Together Food Journey” last night right here in the vibrant City of Lethbridge. The evening left me completely inspired, especially by Trevor Lewington’s eloquent remarks on stage, which beautifully echoed the sentiment shared by Bev Thornton:
“As participants, we are all akin to athletes on an Olympic swim team. Together, we train diligently, side by side. Sometimes, like today, we swim in the same lane, working collaboratively to showcase our incredible region. And at times, we may find ourselves in separate lanes, competing against each other. Yet, let there be no doubt, we are all members of the same team, steering our course in unison. A victory for one among us is a triumph for all.”
